Rick Armstead
Board member, Rick Armstead, brings decades of experience and service to this board working with our community and its youth. Rick is employed by Lycoming Housing Authority and was recently award the Unsung Hero Award from Lycoming County Brotherhood Alliance.
Adam C. Welteroth
President, Adam C. Welteroth, brings 20 years of public service to the board. Adam currently works for the County of Lycoming as a law enforcement officer specializing in pretrial mental health. He also serves as Vice President of School Board Director for Williamsport Area School District and is a lifelong resident of Lycoming County.
Kari Welteroth
Treasurer, Kari Welteroth, has called Williamsport home for 12 plus years. She is currently employed by Aurelian Consulting LLC as Vice President of Social Media Marketing. Kari as a long work history of quality assurance and supervision of individuals working in customer service. She takes pride in volunteering to help with Wreaths Across America North Central PA.
Mikaela Brunozzi
Mikaela Brunozzi, Secretary, currently works for the County of Lycoming as a correctional counselor at the Lycoming County Prison. Prior to that she worked as a Family Advocate at Lycoming Clinton Head Start, STEP, Inc. Mikaela brings invaluable experience to the board working with individuals and families in need.
