Regular Meeting of the Williamsport Millionaires Youth Football and Cheer Association Minutes

2.1 Removal of Board Member John Derr & Mikaela Brunozzi- Vote 3-0 in Favor
Motion: Kari Welteroth, 2nd: Rick Armstead
John Derr is the Commissioner of the Heartland Youth Football League who helped serve in an advisory role, Coached the A Tackle Team, and floated WMYFCA an interest free loan which was just shy of $5000 for start up cost. Derr has received reimbursement in full from WMYFCA this month. Derr’s role was to only serve as a board member for one year or until a parent led board was fully established following the completion of the inaugural season. We thank John for his help and wish him the best. Removal must be unanimous.

2.2 Appointment of New Board Members: Vote 3-0 in Favor;
Motion: Adam Welteroth, 2nd: Rick Armstead
Appointments will be effective November 19, 2024. Appointment must be unanimous.

2.4 Coaches: Each head coach or his designee shall serve as an ex officio board member without voting rights. These six positions are filled by appointment from the President.

2.5 Executive Board: The executive board shall consist of the following positions:

2.6 WMYFCA Bylaws: The current WMYFCA Bylaws shall be suspended until the new WMYFCA Members of the Board present and vote to approve new bylaws. WMYFCA shall revert to the Articles of Incorporation for rules and guidance until new bylaws are enacted. WMYFCA intends to present and approve new bylaws for the start of the new calendar year. Vote 3-0 in Favor

2.7 Regular Meeting Schedule for the 2025 Calander Year: Monthly meetings will be schedule for the calendar year of 2025. They are as follows: Vote 3-0 in Favor
